The Better Hearing Institute has come out with a great poster that can really wake you up. They sound the alarm (pun intended) about things to consider if you feel that your hearing is going or gone - all of these things to consider are very alarming indeed....

In May, Asius Technologies President and Founder Stephen Ambrose paid a visit to musician, singer, songwriter and painter Paul Stanley. Stanley, famous for being the rhythm guitarist and co-lead singer of the rock band Kiss, is also a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame honoree. He has been around music all of his life and has had hearing challenges. We let him try out our ADEL™ devices to hear what a difference they can make. His enthusiasm makes us realize what a good thing we're doing for people.. We really enjoyed visiting him and seeing what a real down-to-earth, good guy...
An Earmotional Moment at NAMM
At a recent National Association of Music Manufacturers, Stephen Ambrose, Founder of Asius Technologies, demonstrated the ADEL™ Control earbuds to a booth visitor. We are very happy that we could help her hear again and see her tears of joy as she heard sounds she hadn't in years.
Comparing Two Educational Videos on How Hearing Works
We found this interesting (and hopefully not too creepy) old 1940s educational movie about how the ear works. It actually has good detail. Now compare it to this recent computer generated explanation as told by the BBC: So do you think that computer generated imaging makes it easier understand? They sure cut to the chase pretty quickly. Funny how we're more distracted nowadays and can no longer watch a 10 minute video!: What do you think?
